On January 05, under the direction of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARs) organized the Forum: "Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2024" (VREF 2024) with the theme "Overcoming challenges" in Ha Noi.On January 05, under the direction of the Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), the Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers (VARs) organized the Forum: "Vietnam Real Estate Forum 2024" (VREF 2024) with the theme "Overcoming challenges" in Ha Noi.
The forum attracted the participation of many leading managers, experts, and speakers in the fields of economics, real estate, finance...; Domestic and international investors gathered to discuss and share views on the real estate market situation in 2023 and analyze the potential and forecast the markets development prospects in 2024 along with its factors, especially the factor to attract cash flow into real estate in the coming time. Experts commented that the Vietnam real estate market has passed the most difficult period. Although it is unlikely to have a "boom", the market will stabilize and develop again in mid-2024.
At the Forum, representing AsiaInvest, Ms. Diane Tan, Consulting Director of AsiaInvest Singapore, shared her experiences with attendees and advised Vietnamese investors and developers on good practices for attracting international capital sources, especially her experience working with Singapore Investment Funds.
